Our team is working every day to ensure we’re doing our part in making the planet a better place.

Since 1976, we practice sustainability by:

  • reducing the use of plastics from our catering options
  • using compostable or reusable products
  • reducing excess food waste by donating event leftovers
  • offering meatless options with our vegan & vegetarian menus
  • sourcing local & in-season food whenever possible
  • lower trash-to-compost ratio
