Allison and Evan’s Pacific Northwest Lake Wedding


Evan and Allison's wedding was at Green Gates at Flowing Lake in Snohomish. It's a beautiful location right on the water with a peaceful green setting for the ceremony and unique rustic covered area for the reception! Some couples even opt for an exciting exit by seaplane to leave the wedding! We were thrilled to be able to serve Allison and Evan and their guests a fun meal with lots of PNW elements throughout the night from cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres, a variety of options in their dinner buffet, and a tasty assortment of sweet bites on their dessert station. Allison and Evan's Menu:
Hors d'Oeuvres
-Vegetable and Rice Stuffed Mushroom: mixed vegetables, wild rice and garlic stuffed cremini mushrooms topped with Parmesan cheese, then baked
-Mini Fresh Fruit Kabobs
-Northwest Wild Salmon Cakes: fresh wild June berry smoked salmon cakes served crisp, topped with sumac aioli
-Fresh Vegetable Platter with Creamy Parmesan Dip
Signature Cheese Display served with sliced baguettes, house-made crackers and GF crackers







Dinner Buffet
-Lemon Chicken: fresh chicken breast lightly floured and flash fried, served alongside a lemon cream sauce
-Herb Crusted Beef Tender: herb crusted PNW local beef tender, grilled and roasted, then topped with a balsamic demi-glace
-Risotto Stuffed Pepper: charred red bell peppers stuffed with roasted vegetable and manchego risotto
-Roasted New Potatoes: baby red new potatoes quartered and roasted with fresh herbs and garlic oil
-Mixed Field Greens and Berries Salad: baby mixed field greens, sliced strawberries, blueberries, caramelized walnuts, and creamy crumbled feta, tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette
-Assorted Fresh Macrina Bakery Rolls served with butter







Kid's Buffet
-Mini Cheeseburgers: mini burger patties with cheese on a soft bun, with ketchup on the side
-Chicken Strips: locally raised breaded chicken breast tenders, served with ketchup, BBQ sauce or our house-made ranch dipping sauce


Dessert Station
-Fresh Berry Pie Bites: tartlets with our Chantilly cream and seasonal fresh berries
-Dark Chocolate and Madagascar Vanilla Mini Cupcakes with Buttercream Frosting
-Assorted French Macarons
-Brownie Bites: dense fudge brownie with chocolate chunks
-Meyer Lemon Bites: tart lemon curd baked atop a buttery crust dusted with powdered sugar
-Sweet & Salty Blondie Bites: chocolate chips, Madagascar vanilla and walnuts pieces
