Late Night Snack // A Cereal Station!

We had been thinking about how to incorporate cereal into our menu for a little while now; such a tasty treat that often gets forgotten! We were contacted recently by Seattle Bride Magazine asking for ideas of late night snacks to print in their upcoming spring/summer issue, so we thought it was the perfect opportunity to put the cereal bar to the test! We set up a mock station with all the goodies and fixings and did a little photo shoot! Afterwards, we all went to town and got a little sugar high in the afternoon!  We hope you like it!  The options are practically endless, but you could choose from sugary nostalgic childhood favorites to a more healthy granola and Kashi route. We can set up an apothecary jar and vase filled DIY station or serve them up tray-passed with a milk shooter that the guests would pour over the cereal themselves! Ask one of our sales coordinators about the options for this fun and interactive item at your next event. Winter Wonderland Open House Tasting

Please join us at E.M. Fine Art gallery in South Lake Union, Thursday November 15th from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. We will be sharing some of our favorite hors d'oeuvres and a few of our favorite vendors will be sharing their secrets and showing off their talents as well!  There will be Wine, Bubbles, and Beer from Wine World and Spirits, and some scrumptious winterized mini desserts will be provided by Lady Yum as well!

Brie and Poached Pear Purses D'Anjou pears poached in mulling spices over a slice of Brie in an Athens phyllo shell, topped with a caramelized walnut and a lavender-infused honey drizzle

Fresh Herb and Manchego Cheese Risotto Cakes Arborio Italian rice sauteed with sweet onions, finished with fresh minced herbs and Manchego cheese,  topped with our roasted red pepper aioli

Savory Chevre Tartlets mini flower pastry shells stuffed with exotic Peppadew Peppers and topped with our honey sweetened Chevre cheese

Apple Smoked Chicken Satay locally raised chicken breast smoked in-house with apple chips and served with a blackberry balsamic sauce

Steak Satay fresh local Blue Mesa Ranch flank steak on bamboo skewers  served in our tri-peppercorn & sherry sauce

Individual Cedar Plank Salmon fresh wild salmon in a thyme apple cider marinade, baked and served on mini cedar planks, topped with caramelized onion aioli

Crab Cakes served with a fire-roasted poblano creme fraiche

Pecan Pie Bites sweet pie shell tartlets filled with our whiskey pecan pie filling

Apple Pie Bites sweet pie shell tartlets filled with tart apple cinnamon filling, topped with a brown sugar streusel and a dollop of fresh whipped cream
