Penne & fusilli pasta served with diced grilled chicken breast in pesto garlic cream sauce & meatballs in marinara primavera sauce accompanied by freshly shaved Parmesan cheese

Mixed Field Greens

Fresh mixed greens served with caramelized walnuts, dried cranberries, Gorgonzola cheese and raspberry vinaigrette

Fresh Fruit and Berry Platter

A potpourri of melons, grapes, berries and citrus

Jennifer & Mark’s Sanders Mansion June Wedding

The rain may have done its best, but nothing could dampen the spirits of the bridal party and guests at this classy Sanders Mansion wedding.  Rain started pouring down just before the ceremony, which had to be moved last-minute to underneath the permanent tent near the mansion; spirits remained high, however, throughout the evening and everyone had a great time.  The DJ also played at least 5 Hall & Oates songs throughout the night, a time-honored recipe for good times!
